2.   HOW YOU MAY USE CYBER

1. If you are a student, GO TO Students Enquiries/ Free Student Registration. We shall invite you to take part in our preparatory test. If you pass the same we shall allot you a PIN number valid for six months. We shall email you a welcome kit for the grade that you are qualified to join. Our welcome kit will contain instructions for you till you pass your 10+2+3 Degree and qualify yourself as a candidate with Cyber. Please attend our free trail sessions, and once satisfied, you may join the course.
2. If you are a Candidate, ie. a qualified 10+2+3 graduate , please dial 0484-4144111 and record your one minute self introduction in our voice mail box . If your communication skill is excellent, we shall directly place you in the Industry. Otherwise, we shall email to indicate how best you can improve your chances through training with us. Please attend our free trail sessions, and if satisfied you may join our course.

4.   CYBER CURRICULAM: SIX STAGES

6.   FREE CYBER TRAIL OFFER : WHAT IT MEANS

1. You get a fair, live experience of the novel e-learning method BEFORE you decide to pay the FEE while is Non-refundable.
2. You are aware of the high standards of discipline and decency called for from all participants, including the need to take your turn.
3. You remain always prepared for online interviews for employment.
4. You are bound to keep your telephone / hardware charged and unoccupied during your selected class time plus two minutes before and after for starting the conference and winding up.
5. Cyber shall not be held responsible if your network is busy or the service provider is not able to provide connectivity.
6. You are bound to notify Cyber, of any unavoidable absence or inability to attend class on a particular day.
7. Cyber shall insist on a minimum 90% attendance before a student is qualified for the next stage.
8. Free trail is compulsory. Paying the fees is sufficient proof of your having attended it and your customer satisfaction. Time for Free Trail will be 1 to 2 PM every day.

      7.   FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQ. 1. Will you load me with a lot of homework?
Ans: Admittedly, we will. One hour online tuition will leave you with one hour offline homework. Fair deal, isn’t it?
FAQ. 2. What do you mean by taking turn?
Ans: Your class will be one teacher and eight students. So naturally the teacher will give you a turn every time, eg. “Is that understood? Number 1? Number 2? 3?4?5?6?’ etc. When you want to ask a question you have to say “excuse me, I am number 3; What is the plural of foot?’ and so on.
FAQ. 3. Are you using the Internet online?
Ans: No. Our mode is land and mobile phones only.
FAQ. 4. Who will bear the phone charges?
Ans: Cyber will bear it. All calls will be made from our Kochi office number

8.   FEE AND THE MODE OF PAYMENT.

• Fees. Cyber shall charge you Rs. 20/- per hour which is even less than the equivalent telephone charges. Each of our 30 hrs capsules has been priced at 600/- per month.
